Village Nova Ochota Stage IV

We are pleased to announce that the construction of the 4^th stage of the housing estate under the name “Miasteczko Nova Ochota” was completed. On 22.04.2022 the final acceptance protocol has been signed and therefore the completed investment was delivered to the investor Victoria Dom S.A. The housing estate Village Nova Ochota IV is another stage of the construction executed for the investor by our company. The established investment is a multi-family residential building that consists of two overground forms with underground garage and technical infrastructure. In the building named “Rhombus” there are in total 123 apartments and in the underground garage there are 122 parking places. We are currently executing another stage of construction at this housing estate.
