Kijowska Vita – a new development

We are pleased to announce that on May 26, 2026, our company signed a contract to carry out the Kijowska Vita development at 27 Kijowska Street in Warsaw, developed by Develia.

As part of the project, which we are carrying out as the general contractor, a modern residential building consisting of 84 residential units along with an underground garage will be constructed.

This is the first project that AMConstruction is carrying out for Develia, which is why we are all the more pleased to have established this partnership, and we would like to thank Develia for the trust it has placed in us.
