Completion of the “Miasteczko Julianów”

On March 31, 2026, we completed the first phase of the “Miasteczko Julianów” project on Urbanistów Street in Piaseczno. On that day, the final acceptance report was signed, confirming the completion of construction work.

As part of this phase, three 4-story multi-family residential buildings were constructed, comprising 188 apartments and storage units, along with underground parking garages (single- and two-level) with 229 parking spaces and 57 outdoor parking spaces. The total usable floor area (UFA) of the apartments was 8,629 m², and the total floor area (TFA) was 19,499 m².
