Concept Ćwiklińska – a new investment

On June 18, 2026, AMConstruction signed a contract with Victoria Dom S.A. to develop the Concept Ćwiklińska residential project, located on Elżbieta Barszczewska Street in Warsaw.

The project will involve the construction of a residential building comprising 180 apartments, retail space, 146 parking spaces in an underground garage, and 10 parking spaces on the development site, as well as landscaping.

We are extremely pleased that Concept Ćwiklińska is yet another project we will carry out for Victoria Dom S.A. as the general contractor.
