In addition, we offer comprehensive execution of even the most complex reinforced concrete structures. The package of our services also includes execution in the full scope of demolition and earthworks.

THE HISTORY OF OUR COMPANY

The beginning of AMConstruction dates back to 2004 when P.U.H. was founded. JoWi Michał Kumek, who at the beginning of its activity carried out projects related to reinforced concrete structures in the general contracting system, and later also in the full scope of performance. During several years of activity, the company has gained the necessary experience, which resulted in the consolidation of opinions on the construction market as a highly specialized contractor of all, even the most complex reinforced concrete structures.

The current needs of the investment construction market, and in particular the expectations of development companies and financial institutions crediting development investments, prefer this type of investment to be carried out by specialized construction companies in the General Contractor system.

The answer to these challenges was a change in the legal form and composition of the company’s management board. These changes were dictated by the new goals and tasks set for AMConstruction, i.e. to perform complete construction works in the full contractor system along with finishing works, land development, road infrastructure, connections, networks, etc.

The experienced management board of Michał Kumek and Arkadiusz Wzorek, qualified, permanent engineering and staff, as well as proven partners with whom we cooperate during construction works guarantee, timeliness and implementation of the facility with the utmost care and attention to every, even the smallest detail.

President of the Management Board of the General Partner: Michał Kumek

Michał Kumek has been associated with the construction industry since the beginning of his professional career, he has gone through all career levels – from construction and contract manager to the president of the board of AMConstruction. He worked at Kielce Przedsiębiorstwo Robót Mostowych S. A., where he function of the head of the prefabrication, compression and bridging department, then in Bazet Sp. z o.o. Since 2000, he has been associated with the Warsaw construction market. In 2004, he started his own business under the name P.U.H. JoWi Michał Kumek. With the creation of AMConstruction, by decision of the company’s partners, he became the President of the Management Board.

Vice President of the Management Board of the General Partner: Arkadiusz Wzorek

Arkadiusz Wzorek from the beginning of his professional career has been associated with the direct execution of various investment projects, ranging from residential and office buildings, through commercial facilities, to industrial. He went through all levels of his professional career: from a builder, construction and contract manager, director, to vice president of the board. He started his professional career at Kielce Przedsiębiorstwo Budownictwa Przemysłowego S. A., and continued for many years at P. H.U. B. ŁUCZ-BUD Sp. z o.o., where he was the Proxy and Director of the Warsaw branch of this company. From 1995, he was associated with the Warsaw construction market. Currently, he is the Vice President of the Management Board of AMConstruction.
