Ursus Vita – Commencement of the next stage

We are pleased to announce that, in relation to the agreement concluded on April 14, 2023, with Ursus Vita Limited Liability Company, AMConstruction has begun the construction of the next, third stage, in the Ursus Vita residential complex located at Oksza Coat of Arms Street in Warsaw. This investment is a continuation of the two previously developed stages on this estate which were also implemented by our company. Upon completion of this investment, 156 new apartments will be delivered to the market in the Ursus district.
