Nova Ochota Village Stage II

We are pleased to announce that that on 31 December 2021 the second stage of housing estate “Nova Ochota Village” has been handed over to P.I.N.B and received the building occupancy permit. In the 6/5-storey building under the name “Circle” there are 161 apartments combined which will supply the Warsaw residential market and 184 parking spaces. Currently we are in the process of execution of another stages on this estate for the Victoria Dom. The whole investment is designed as an architecturally modern and self-sufficient “town in the city” in which there is residential space as well as service space.
