On 19.08.2019, AMConstruction has signed a contract with Victoria Dom S.A. for the execution of the first stage of the investment, which bears the trade name “Miasteczko NOVA OCHOTA”. The first stage is anticipated to provide the construction of 139 apartments with a total usable area of 6,374 m2.
