New investment – “Metro Art” Stage 7

On July 23, 2025, we signed a contract for the implementation of stage 7 of the “Metro Art” investment.

This stage is another step in the development of a modern residential estate at 17 Żupnicza Street in Warsaw’s Praga district. According to the contract, 125 apartments and 136 parking spaces will be built as part of this stage.
