MNO9 – completion of the next stage

We would like to inform you that in December 2022, the ninth stage of the “Miasteczko Nova Ochota” estate was accepted by the District Building Supervision Inspectorate and obtained a permit for use. The final acceptance protocol was also signed, and thus the construction of the next stage of the “Miasteczko Nova Ochota” estate has come to an end. The completed investment was handed over to the investor Victoria Dom S.A. The entire investment was carried out under the general contractor system. This is already the ninth stage completed by AMConstruction in this estate. Miasteczko Nowa Ochota is a very modern architecturally designed investment, and our company is currently carrying out the tenth stage of construction on this estate, also for Victoria Dom.
