Miasteczko Nova Ochota

With a great pleasure we would like to announce that on 23th October 2021 our investor (Victoria Dom S.A.) has signed the contract with AMConstruction for the execution of another stages of investment called „Miasteczko Nova Ochota”, located at ul. Łopuszańska in Warsaw.

On this housing estate our company finished and delivered the 1st stage and under construction there are currently three: Circle, Rectangle and Rhomb.

The three another stages which the contract includes are: Parallelogram, Polygon and Diagonal.

The execution of another stages will increase the number of new apartments to 261.
