Completion of Stage IV – Ursus Vita

On January 31, 2026, we completed the Ursus Vita – Stage IV investment in Warsaw. On that day, the final acceptance protocol was signed, confirming the completion of construction works. As part of this stage, two 8-story residential buildings were constructed, comprising 231 apartments and 9 commercial premises, along with a two-level underground garage with 255 parking spaces.
