The ‘Muszlove’ Estate investment is located in the Bemowo district of Warsaw at the intersection of Muszlowa and Powstańców Śląskich streets. The building is shaped like the letter ‘C’, with each wing having the same number of six above-ground floors. The building is built on a foundation slab and has a two-level underground garage.
The building stands out with two types of facade technologies that are being used. The first is a modular facade that replicates the apartments located on a particular segment of the facade. This module is distinguished by a light gray color. The second, dominant type of facade is made of clinker bricks from the renowned German company “Feldhaus” with a dilation system and decorative elements made of varnished steel profiles. The building’s attractive external appearance is complemented by windows in a warm wooden color, composite deck terrace partitions, glass facade screens, and glass balustrades that add lightness. The external areas of the estate, especially the architectural concrete elements of small architectural forms, beautifully designed greenery, and common area equipment, also deserve special attention.
The interior of the building is equally interesting, starting from the entrance halls finished with clinker tiles and wood, through walls finished in a manner that reflects the facade, spacious staircases, clinker tiles, graphite balustrades with wooden handrails, to the two-color portals of wooden apartment doors.
The scope of works included a general contracting of the reinforced concrete structure.
