“Miasteczko Julianów” – under construction

Our latest investment “Miasteczko Julianów” is located on Urbanistów street in Piaseczno.

The first stage will involve the construction of 3 multi-family residential buildings with 188 apartments.

Building A has a separate single-car garage, while buildings B and C share a two-car garage. There will be a total of 229 parking spaces in the buildings.

There are technical rooms and storage rooms in all buildings.

In terms of vertical communication, Building A has 4 staircases with 4 elevator shafts.

While buildings B and C contain one staircase and one elevator shaft in each above-ground section.

Scope: implementation of the entire investment in the general contracting system.
