“Metro Art” is the next installment of a modern residential project under construction on Żupnicza Street in Warsaw’s Praga-Południe district. We are proud to announce that, as general contractor, we have begun construction work on stage VI, acting on behalf of Victoria Dom – one of the leading residential developers in Poland.
The project is a continuation of the dynamically developing Metro Art housing development and fits perfectly into the modern character of the neighborhood.
The new phase will feature a six-story C-shaped building with as many as 150 comfortable apartments and 150 underground parking spaces.
The building’s interior elevations maintain the consistent, minimalist character of the entire development – dominated by bright plaster and regularly spaced balconies with simple balustrades.
