We are proud to be implementing another investment for Matexi – a modern residential building in one of the best-connected parts of Warsaw’s Mokotów district, on Bukowińska Street. The project includes an L-shaped building with 72 functional apartments of various sizes, meeting the needs of both single people and families. The ground floor will feature two commercial premises, which will enrich the offer for residents and the surrounding area. The building has eleven above-ground floors and three underground floors with 74 parking spaces.
The architecture of the investment combines bright, elegant colors of the façade with elements in warm shades of wood, which gives the building a light and modern character. The investment fits harmoniously into the existing buildings of Mokotów, complementing them in a modern and functional way.
