Nova Ochota Village Stage III

We are excited to inform that construction of the third stage of residential estate “Nova Ochota Village” has been completed. On 31 December 2021 the investment was handed over to Inspector Of Building Control and received the building occupancy permit. The beautiful and modern 6/5-storey building under the name “Rectangle” which consists of two bodies will increase the Warsaw supply of apartments by 169 new apartments and 181 new parking spaces from which 152 are located in the shared garage and 29 within the estate.
