The 5-storey building has 111 apartments in friendly spaces of 28-101 m², each with a balcony with a glass balustrade. On the facade of the building there are interesting interspersed elements imitation of boards. On the south side is a patio with elements of small architecture and originally designed greenery, available exclusively for use by apartment owners.
