The “CLASSIC” housing estate, located in the Tarchomin district, bordered by Myśliborska and Modlińska streets, is a new, fully and coherently designed estate consisting of 7 buildings, creating subsequent stages of the investment, totaling around 860 apartments, entirely realized by the “AMConstruction” company. The estate has its own paved internal roads, playgrounds, and recreational areas.
The fourth stage, built by “AMConstruction” and numbered X, is a 5-story building in the shape of the letter C, located on a single-level underground garage.
The buildings in this estate are characterized by a simple yet elegant and modernist building structure, maintained in a monochromatic combination of predominant white and bronze, with distinguishing top floors made of graphite-colored facade plaster. Complementing the attractive look of the building facades are latticed, light, graphite balustrades and windows in a similar color scheme.
