The Aurora Housing Estate is located in the bordering quarter of the Włochy and Ochota districts, bounded by Jutrzenki, Szybka, and Wschód Słońca streets. This friendly and elegant residential complex is an interesting architectural composition of 11 multi-family buildings (approximately 1100 apartments) in a prospective, autonomous urban design project. The volumes and proportions of the estate’s segments were harmonized with the surrounding urban fabric. The classic combination of simplicity and elegance of the light-colored building facades with contrasting dark finishing elements resulted in a unique, timeless architecture. The stylish effect is complemented by the glass balcony railings. The standard of the common areas is integrated with the architecture of the buildings.
In the first stage of the estate, a 7-story building “A” was built, which has the shape of an elongated letter L and has 2 stairwells equipped with 2 passenger elevators. On the ground floor of the northern part of the building, a service area was provided (kindergarten and fitness center). The canopies and entrance walls to the building, as well as the facade near the services, were finished with the “Trespa” tiles in a ventilated facade system. The remaining facades were made in the self-cleaning STO Lotusan system. The spacious outdoor areas, with plenty of greenery and recreational elements, are also noteworthy. The interior of the building was also designed as a combination of simplicity and elegance – “Dierre” wooden doors with wooden portals and shaft enclosures, floors and stairs finished with high-quality ceramic cladding, and internal barriers with wooden handrails.
Scope: execution of the whole investment as a general constructor.
