The “Nova Ochota” housing estate is a new, fully and coherently designed estate consisting of 11 buildings that create subsequent stages of the investment. The estate has its own asphalt internal roads, a tennis court, a fountain, playgrounds, and recreational areas. The next stage built by the “AMConstruction” company, namely MNO 9 called “Diagonal”, is a 6-story building situated on a single-level underground garage.
The buildings of this estate are characterized by an elegant and modernist building shape, maintained in a monochromatic combination of predominantly white and gray, with distinctive ground floors made of noble graphite-colored façade plaster. The finishing touch to the attractive look of the building facades are the latticed graphite balustrades with decorative façade elements mounted on them in a wood color.
Scope: execution of the whole investment as the General Constructor.
