The “Nova Ochota” estate is a new, fully and cohesively designed complex consisting of 11 buildings forming successive stages of the investment. The estate has its own asphalt internal roads, a tennis court, a fountain, playgrounds, and recreational areas. The next stage built by “AMConstruction” or MNO 6, named “Parallelogram”, is a 6-story building located on a one-level underground garage.
The buildings of this estate are characterized by an elegant and modernistic building structure, maintained in a monochromatic combination of predominantly white and gray, with distinctive ground floors made of noble graphite-colored facade plaster. Complementing the attractive appearance of the building facades are latticed graphite balustrades and decorative facade elements in wood color attached to them.
Scope: execution of the whole investment as the General Constructor.
