The “Nova Ochota” housing estate is a new, comprehensively and coherently designed development consisting of 11 buildings that form successive stages of the investment. The estate has its own internal asphalt roads, a tennis court, a fountain, playgrounds, and recreational areas. The next stage built by the “AMConstruction” company, called MNO 4, named “Romb”, consists of two 6-story buildings situated on a single-level underground garage.
The buildings in this estate are characterized by an elegant and modernist building mass, maintained in a monochromatic combination of predominantly white and gray, with distinctive ground floors made of noble graphite-colored facade plaster. A complement to the attractive appearance of the buildings’ facades are latticed graphite balustrades with decorative facade elements in wood color attached to them.
Scope: execution of the whole investment as a General Contractor.
