The “Nova Ochota” housing estate is a new, fully and coherently designed estate consisting of 11 buildings, forming the successive stages of the investment. The estate has its own internal asphalt roads, a tennis court, a fountain, playgrounds, and recreational areas. The next stage built by “AMConstruction” called MNO3, named “Rectangle,” consists of two buildings, one six-story and the other four-story building, situated on a single-level underground garage.
The buildings of this estate are characterized by an elegant and modernist building form, maintained in a monochromatic combination of predominating white and gray, with distinctive ground floors made of noble graphite-colored facade plaster. The complement to the attractive appearance of the buildings’ facades are latticed graphite balustrades and decorative facade elements in a wooden color mounted to them.
