The “Nova Ochota” estate is a new, fully and cohesively designed estate consisting of 11 buildings, creating successive stages of investment. The estate has its own asphalt internal roads, a tennis court, a fountain, playgrounds, and recreational areas. The next stage built by the “AMConstruction” company, namely MNO 10 called “Koło”, is a 7-story building located on a single-level underground garage.
