The “Nova Ochota” estate is a new, fully and coherently designed estate consisting of 11 buildings forming successive stages of the investment. The estate has its own internal asphalt roads, a tennis court, a fountain, playgrounds, and recreational areas. The next stage, built by “AMConstruction,” MNO2 named “Okrąg,” is a 6-story building in the shape of an incomplete letter U situated on a single-level underground garage.
The buildings in this estate are characterized by an elegant and modernist structure, maintained in a monochromatic combination of predominant white and gray, with distinctive ground floors made of noble facade plaster in a graphite color. The decorative graphite openwork balustrades and decorative facade elements in a wood color mounted to them complete the attractive appearance of the buildings’ facades.
