Housing estate „Aurora” - building F,G,H,I

The Aurora housing estate is located in the border quarter of the Włochy and Ochota districts, bounded by the streets Jutrzenki, Szybka, and Wschód Słońca. This friendly, elegant residential complex is an interesting architectural composition of 11 multi-family buildings (approximately 1100 apartments) in a prospective, autonomous urban design project. The volume and proportions of the blocks of the housing estate have been harmonized with the surrounding urban fabric. The classical combination of simplicity and elegance of the light-colored building facades with contrasting dark finishing elements has resulted in exceptional, timeless architecture. The stylish effect is complemented by glass balcony railings. The standard of the common spaces is integrated with the architecture of the buildings.

In the next stage of the housing estate implemented by a company “AMConstruction”, we are simultaneously constructing four 7-story buildings, totaling 400 residential units, with 8 stairwells, located on a two-level underground garage. The building entrances, canopies, and facades at the services will be made in the ventilated facade system finished with “Trespa” panels. The remaining facades will be made in the self-cleaning STO Lotusan system. The spacious outdoor areas are also noteworthy, with plenty of greenery and recreational elements. The interior of the building will also be made as a combination of simplicity and elegance – “Dierre” wooden doors with wooden portals and shaft enclosures, floors and stairs finished with high-quality ceramic cladding, internal barriers with a wooden handle.
