The “CLASSIC” housing estate, located in the Tarchomin district, bounded by Myśliborska and Modlińska streets, is a new, fully and coherently designed estate consisting of 7 buildings that create successive stages of the investment, with a total of around 860 apartments, all completely implemented by “AMConstruction” company. The estate has its own paved internal roads, playgrounds, and recreational areas.
The next, sixth stage of this estate, built by “AMConstruction”, is stage number XII. It is a 5-storey building in the shape of the letter F, situated on a single-level underground garage.
The buildings of this estate are characterized by a simple yet elegant and modernist building mass, maintained in a monochromatic combination of predominantly white and bronze, with distinguished upper floors made of graphite-colored facade plaster. Complementing the attractive appearance of the building facades are latticed, lightweight, graphite balustrades and windows in a similar color scheme.
