Kijowska Vita – Under Construction

Kijowska Vita is a residential and commercial development being built at 27 Kijowska Street in Warsaw. Under the contract, which is being carried out by AM Construction as the general contractor, an 8-story building with one underground level will be constructed.

The complex will include 84 residential units and 8 commercial units located on the ground floor. The underground level will house a garage with 91 parking spaces, while one additional parking space is planned on the development site.

The building’s form has been designed in a modern style, featuring clearly accentuated horizontal divisions on the facade and large glazed areas. The facade combines light-colored plastered surfaces with dark, brick-red cladding, giving the building a distinctive, urban look. The apartments will feature balconies, loggias, and spacious terraces, while the ground floor, housing the commercial units, will serve as the building’s active commercial zone.

The scope of work includes comprehensive construction, along with site development and the necessary technical infrastructure. This project is the first one carried out by AM Construction for Develia, and it further enriches our portfolio of residential projects.

Scope: Execution of the entire project under a general contracting arrangement.
