We are proud to be implementing another investment for Matexi – a modern residential building in one of the best-connected parts of Warsaw’s Mokotów district, on Bukowińska Street. The project includes an L-shaped building with 51 functional apartments of various sizes, meeting the needs of both single people and families. Three commercial premises are planned on the ground floor, which will enrich the offer for residents and the surrounding area. The building has eleven above-ground floors and three underground floors with 57 parking spaces and one within the investment area.
The architecture of the development combines bright, elegant colors on the facade with elements in warm wood tones, giving the building a light and modern character. Large glazed areas and spacious balconies provide natural lighting for the interiors, while the surrounding greenery and landscaped recreational space create a friendly environment for everyday life. The development blends harmoniously with the existing buildings in Mokotów, complementing them in a modern and functional way.
