“Orzechowa” Stage 2 – New investment

We are delighted to announce that on December 23, 2025, we signed a contract for the implementation of stage II of the Orzechowa investment – a modern residential estate in Warsaw’s Włochy district, carried out by our company on behalf of the developer GH Development. We are delighted to begin our first joint investment with this partner. The project will involve the construction of 120 functional apartments, complemented by an underground garage with 126 parking spaces and 9 parking spaces within the investment area.
