The “Nova Ochota” estate is a new, fully and cohesively designed estate consisting of 11 buildings, creating successive stages of investment. The estate has its own asphalt internal roads, a tennis court, a fountain, playgrounds, and recreational areas. The next stage built by the “AMConstruction” company, namely MNO 10 called “Koło”, is a 7-story building located on a single-level underground garage. The buildings of this estate are characterized by an elegant and modernist building mass, maintained in a monochromatic combination of predominantly white and gray, with distinguishing ground floors made of noble graphite-colored facade plaster. The complement to the attractive look of the building facades are latticed graphite balustrades and decorative facade elements mounted on them in a wood color.
