The “Nova Ochota” estate is a new, fully and coherently designed housing development consisting of 11 buildings forming different stages of the investment. The estate has its own asphalt internal roads, a private tennis court, a fountain, playgrounds, and recreational areas. The first of these stages, MNO1 called “Czworokąt”, built by “AMConstruction”, is a 6-story L-shaped building situated on a single-level underground garage.
The buildings of this estate are characterized by elegant and modernist building shapes, maintained in a monochromatic combination of predominantly white and gray, with distinguished ground floors made of noble graphite-colored facade plaster. The finishing touch to the attractive appearance of the buildings’ facades are latticed graphite-colored railings and decorative facade elements in a wood-like color attached to them.
